Status Lights

The first 5 lights on the panel show current status

All 5 lights should be Solid Green

Note: If any lights are unlit or flashing red, there may be an issue.

⚠️ Important: Please Do Not

  • Press the reset button on the router
  • Unplug the fibre cable
  • Move the router to another room
  • Change cables unless advised

My Gigasonic WiFi Isn't Working

If the status light is red, flashing or off, try these steps:

1. Check the Power

Ensure the router is plugged in and switched on at the wall.

2. Check your Device

Try a different website. Check you're on the right WiFi network.

3. Restart your Device

Turn your phone, tablet or laptop off and on again.

4. Check the Lights
